Beach Body Bootcamp is a challenging 45-minute workout with a mixed format of cardio endurance exercises, strength building moves and high intensity interval training (HIIT) methods designed to leave you feeling accomplished, challenged and ready to hit the beach looking and feeling better than ever. Various equipment will be used. Modifications will be given. All levels are welcome. I hope you’ll join me!
