This will be a special event featuring music performances, speakers, unveiling of a commemorative public art mosaic, musical performances, the unveiling of the Harford 250 Time Capsule and more. The event will conclude with a county-wide sounding of bells at noon and an invitation for all county neighborhoods to join in the closing celebration and begin making Harford history now.
