Will Schwarz, President of the Maryland Lynching Memorial project will describe the purpose and findings of the Memorial Lynching project and detail three known racial terror lynchings in Harford County. Isaac Moore (d. July 22,1868) Jim Quinn ( d. October 2,1869) Lewis Harris (March 26,1900)
The soil jars memorializing the victims in Harford County that were collected for the Memorial Project ceremony in 2022 are now on permanent display at the Historical Society.
