Clean your clubs, practice your swing, and hope for a hole-in-one because the homeless animals at The Humane Society of Harford County (HSHC) are counting on you to compete in the 3rd annual “Putts Fore Paws” golf tournament on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Mountain Branch Golf Course, 1827 Mountain Road, Joppa, MD 21085. Proceeds will help to provide nourishing food, safe shelter, veterinary care and more to the animals at HSHC.
The entry fee of $175 per player ($700 for a team of 4) includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, bag drop service, practice range usage, lunch from the hot dog cart, roaming hospitality cart, happy hour and premium open bar, dinner and awards banquet, fabulous door prizes, and a “doggie bag” full of treats. Ticket prices for dinner only ($50 per guest) includes a happy hour, dinner and open bar.
Registration opens at 9am with a shotgun start at 10am. Make a Hole-in-One on any of the four eligible holes and win either an LCD television, Callaway irons, airline tickets or a Caribbean cruise. One lucky golfer will be drawn to take the Million Dollar Shoot Out for a chance to win one million dollars. Adoptable animals will be on-hand for meet and greets and to cheer the players on with wags and purrs.
Putts Fore Paws is generously sponsored by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, the vodka for dog people. Enjoy the Putts Fore Paws signature drink – a refreshing Labrador Lemonade – courtesy of Tito’s Handmade Vodka!
Help give shelter animals a second chance and get recognized at the same time. There are a number of Putts Fore Paws sponsorship opportunities available that provide recognition on signage at the event, in advertisements, on HSHC’s web site and social media sites, and in the program that evening. Sponsorships can also be tailored to meet specific needs.
Donate a door prize, raffle item or fill a basket with goodies for our raffle. Your business name will be listed prominently next to your donation and in the Putts Fore Paws event program.
The real winners in the Putts Fore Paws golf tournament will be the many homeless animals at the shelter that will benefit from the proceeds raised at this event.
