Elementary Music for Homeschoolers

A 10 – week general music class that loosely mirrors a typical public school curriculum. We will offer this class in two semesters. This fee is for the fall semester only. During the course students will experience the following music units:
1. Instrument Families
2. Music from Around the World (through the music of Disney)
3. Intro to Instruments (piano, recorders, and percussion)
4. Science of Sound and Instruments
5. Intro to Vocal Music
6. Beginning Music Theory (Students will need a workbook – sold separately)
The class will include hands on experiences, videos and discussion, crafts, activities, and more! Class limited to 15 students. Students ages 8 and older do best in this class, however we will accept 7 year olds. No children under 7.
10 week payment plan available at $20 per week, or pay once for the entire fall semester at $200. All registered students will be permitted one hour of free play time after class in The Playroom.
